Why do I need a Charging Station?

Een elektrische auto neemt gedurende een langere tijd vol vermogen stroom af. Als u dit met een standaard stopcontact en standaard verlengsnoer doet, dan loopt u het risico dat deze oververhit raken, met kans op brandgevaar. Daarom is er een aparte contactdoos en stekker ontwikkeld met een intelligent systeem (mode 3) dat communiceert met de auto. Uw auto wordt hiermee snel en veilig opgeladen. Als optie kunt u het laadstation (later) uitbreiden met modules voor: toegangscontrole, transactiegegevens, afrekening en facturatie. Het is mogelijk de EV-Box in uw eigen bedrijfskleur te krijgen of uw logo op de cover aan te brengen.

• Pole model

  The EV-Box Pole Model has a modern, contemporary appearance and can be used in public spaces as well as on private property and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The housing is made of Bay-Blend (Polycarbonate) and is manufactured in The Netherlands. The EV-Box Pole Model has two 11 kW charging points and is available in different configurations. This Model is designed to be mounted on a standard traffic-sign pole. In the case of a collision, it will be sufficient to merely replace the pole in the majority of incidents.

• Curved Bracket A curved stainless steel bracket model is also available, designed for mounting on the wall in public or private parking garages.
• Wall model The 'Lite' version is supplied with a charging cable and plug. The aluminium backplate enables mounting to walls with any surface. The housing is colourfast, impact-resistant and fireproof.

• Charging Column

  EV-Box has developed a state-of-art, easy to use and fully accessible electric vehicle Charging Station for installation in private and public areas. The unit contains a Master Switch in the upper section and a compartment for the Grid Administrator in the lower section, which can be sealed separately. The Grid Administrator compartment has an IP67 rating, which meets all operational and safety requirements as prescribed by the power supplier’s grid regulations.

• BackOffice

  EV-Box’s advanced BackOffice software suite is a Web Interface for managing Charging Stations and their detailed transactions. Each Charging Station that is equipped with a GSM communication module can be connected to the BackOffice suite.
